The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

There is no specific limit on the number of formula fields you can have on an object, so the limit is effectively the same as the number of custom fields you can have on an object.
The value of a formula tab is calculated from the values of other number or date tabs in the document. When the recipient completes the underlying fields, the formula tab calculates and displays the result. This value can be set. The formula property of the tab contains the references to the underlying tabs.
